  1. Gary doesn't matter if it is wood , metal or foam it still is scrolling and interesting . Seem like you could take a pattern and white out some of the cuts and still have a lovely piece of art Please start a album I for one would love to see what you have done. David
  2. Hi Steven! I have to agree with Kevin and Clayton, 3/8 TK = 3/8" thick material . They are saying they made it out of 3/8" material but you can use the thickness you desire. For backings Mirrors come in all different sizes and shapes A good glass cutter would work for cutting , also Dremel has a Diamond Wheel That cuts glass I used it when modifying a tank for some lizards. It worked great. For the protraits I frame I use matting board I have used felt . and heard people using scrapbook paper to get differnet back ground design .   4. This made the weekend Spent over 2 hours talking and not just wood . Met her husband Bob They were camping about 1 -1/2 hours from us in Niagara falls. A great couple , easy to talk too and fun. The wife is usally quite but she fitted right in . Hope to meet up with them the next time they come up this way.   12. I don't do shows. The last few shows I have been to and talked with seller. They offer with or without frame(cheaper) and they have found quite a few people take it without the farme They all said, it has been tough this year and the sales has been down

  14. SusieQ is known as the Bowl Queen . I'm not Sue , but yes she makes the bowls with a scrollsaw . Great job Sue ! SSWC has some video's on how to make bowels But I'm sure Sue has some tips she could share on her own experence in making them
  15. They all look great How you like cutting the Tagua nuts? I found they are small but easy to cut also you can dye them different colors. What type of wood did you use for the clock and the rino ?
