  18. Hello Paul, I used sand paper 180 and 220 grid. I cut pieces of it, about 2"x2", or even smaller and with much patience and carefully I did the job
  19. Hello guys, After I had a bronchitis and had to stay out the shop, I feel much better and yesterday I made this one, I got the pattern from Sue Mey to try it out. This morning I've done the sanding, it's very delicate, I used birch aircraft plywood, 2mm. Next time I'll try to stack cutting, for such a fine cutting. Have a nice day!

  21. Hello, I have a Hegner and I'm very happy with it! I don't know nothing about a Dewalt because we can't get them in Belgium.
  22. Here's what I made for my sweetheart for valentine. The pattern is from Sue May, I made it in 2mm aircraft birch plywood.

  24. Hello, I have a Hegner, and I prefer to make my own bench for it, so I can put my saw on the hight i want to. For now it's on an old table, but I'll make one in MDF. I just have to assemble it, the MDF is already sawed but I have to find some time now On that bench I have place for a lamp and my sawblades etc. When it's finished I post some pics.(Hopeful this week)
