  10. Now that i think about your troubles i bought a new in the box dremil 1830. used it a year and the linking arm wore out and caused the blades to be to long .i keep snipping off a 1/4" at a time so i could get tention but finally exceeded the limits of that. i just wanted to keep scrolling.i sent it back days of the expiration date for the warranty.they sent a brand new one which lasted two months .i requested al linking arm, top arm and bushings which they sent. i put the parts in and there it sit's years now collecting dust.I've gone thru a few saw since, got to keep scrolling.i learned the hard way to always have a back up saw to stay happy.i three back up right now, the dremil and two dewalts .one dewalt is brand new never used! :)
  11. GUY DOWN THE STREET HAS ONE AND SOUPED UP JUST ABOUT TOI THE MAX'S.i DO KNOW IT HAS A BLOWER FROM THE WINE IT MAKES.iT'S ANLY A CHEVY 350 BUT TWEAKED AS HE BOUGHT IT FROM A WELL KNOW RACE CAR BUILDER.OPP'S CAPITALS WAS ON.This car is cherry inside and out.I did this one hopeing for a sale ,but boy was he snobbish and could care less i went to the trouble to make it for him.I would have given it but with an additude like he had ,excuse me!Maybe he had a bad day already ,you never know,i should have realized that but was slow.Giving it may have brought him out of it.Done with a penguin silver#3 on cheap cabinet board again, will i ever learn?
  12. Hi Bobby, the patterns in our pattern library should you choose to tackle it!It's a looker!
  13. Hi marge, thanks for stopping in.Keys are in the glove box. believe it or not the car never had an air conditioner in the one in had! Now here the dope on the problems i've encountered .it's copy paper size.So the grill spaceings were the size of the spiral and with a wore out saw the blade is wobbley and doesn't track correctly,That could be a plus also in this situation so i don't have to double cut. Thanks for asking.
  14. Thank you LARRY,This is info you requested! The time it took to do the grill was mind-boggling.I had to be at ease and with a spiral on the grill only i had to have full awareness of boo boo's that can and will happen if not attentive to my work . i spent weeks little by little to find the correct mood to tackle this precarious feat.Glad you liked it!
  15. DW you don't miss a trick! Thanks for looking, makes my day pleasurable knowing someone besides me knows i've toiled to bring something to life.
