This looks exactly like a saw i had in my scroling beginings.I did'nt like it at all .But i don't remember it having belts so i may be wrong about this saw..

Oh also i've had better luck with the picture not peelin off the corners by clear coating the picture and let dry before mounting.lt helps keep the photo clean while your working with it to in case glue gets on it it will clean easy with mineral spirits as long as it's not water soluable glue

i use clear packing tape but the cards work better if i can ever find them again,things disapper fast here.

I'd have to try it but how do you compare it to what,the project size is limited,if it is pinned bladed thats another minus.it looks like it's model builders machine.
