Aha! your catching up to my junk yard fast .I haven't had to cannibalize a saw yet except for the blade tightening screw's

You sure did that one proud.I tried to put to boards together and it was so lopsided.I tryed to get a clean straight edge with the table saw ,that didn't work i tried planing both pieces with my hand electric planner .That didn't work.So i glued them together any way .i had to turn the pattern on an angle to miss the bad joints and i got er done.Guess i need an edge planner.Seeing your more than perfect work makes me wonder how you acheived such tight fits?

Yeah buddy they are .I used a #5 scroll reverse donated by one of our member a while back and put the speed way down .

Thanks ,And yes your right,Especially in teak.i blew out the letter R and could not find it on the floor as always so i had to hodge podge it .

I bought a gallon of mineral spirits ,lacquer thinner and acetone plus wood conditioner and dark cherry stain today from some of the profits.Thanks Bobby!

Selling is good now so stay with the flow and rake it in while it lasts.Nosey the dragons big brother3" thick is getting some dark cherry stain ,but not before i pre stain Wood conditioned it.It's plywood so lets see what happens when finished .And the there's another word cross i liked to do in teak.

Finished one and shown around and got another sale.Then i asked if they want it glossed .So here's one glossed with min wax poly sprayed on.I'll spray the other one tomorrow.Both are TEAK 11.24 tall. and then another customer i made a nosey ther dragon puzzle wanted a copy paper size one too but not a puzzle ,She wants that one stained dark cherry.Coming soon!
