    you and me are in the same boat(I definetly give it much more use than it is built for. dave) I have way to many dw788's to regrease ,I have to do it soon as the last one i can afford to buy is on its last legs wanting a drink of fresh grease everywhere.i'm too lazy to do it anymore and don't want to .i'll have to wait till push comes to shove before it will happen.

    Piece of cake .hold these very loosely so it almost jumps out of your hand .Puzzles are very tricky to get each and every piece to be able to slide in and out from both directions.i purposely let the wood self center it's self to the blade by holding it loose and let the wood take it's own course to be plumb with the blade.

    I was a customer pleaser for 30 + years but they always tryed to short me on pay .oh well what goes around comes around .They will do it to the wrong person some day maybe.won't be me!
