    I held the pennys while drilling so i had to drill fast as the heat build up comes on fast.i go back with a bigger drill to clean up the hole from burrs.Thanks Bobby!

    That blade was a scroll reverse#12,the wood was 1" aromatic cedar.I probably didn't plan it enough on the back,Lord knows i love mischief too!Thanks !

    planed the wood i glued yesterday for a 12" heart two 6" 1" thick aromatic cedar glued up yesterday.here's the pattern i'm glueing to the woodAnd the waste wood after cutting out i redid this one after misssspelled twice and then a new job today two large holes2.5" the rest 1.5" and then a 3/4" africas in plywood and an order for pennies with two holes in each-!/16" drill bit beveled with an 1/8 " bit to clean up the edge of the holes both sides a 2" africa with forstner drilled holes

    Don't forget other things to make scrolling a breeze for him,spray glue,a printer a computer etc.

    I was mesmerized at try different thinks with my friend waching every move.LOL i decided to but him on some of the tasks so he can get hands on experience .He used my new glue up table now more than have.he wasn't a good planner helper as he would just watch the wood come thru and forget about handing it to me to run thru again..And then the questions never stopped distracting me .now i have to make a third one,like i need to waste more of my sleeping time.i was wore out yesterday from these two items.yoah i forget too!
