  5. no, the glue held to good and i had to pry and hammer the project off and that ruined the base.So i just made a new base and saved the old one for a pattern.Thanks for looking!
  6. They have a bevel on the end of the blade for easy insertion to pilot holes in wood.They are very soft and you can bend them very easy and not break them.I like the pointed end but they don't hold up very long at all compared to the "Flying Dutchman's blades.Both ends have the bevel.

Oh the stand is not my work but i do have to make inserts the with fit in the holes and be tapered to a point to hold rings she makes to..I'm thinking of hard wood dowels in a drill and make a makeshift lath to taper them????Harbor freight has a little lath but i forgot to see how much it was.Thanks

  21. You know how to make someone feel good! Yeah i just love doing letters .It was tough to make the transition from printed to script as there's more work involved .But I've done so many scripts now it's second nature just like the printed ones were.you know how that goes with your intarsias's :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:

The neighbor that pays wanted the heart i showed him for his wife Linda.Little did he say he wanted Linda on the project to until i delivered it to him finished .I said I'd try to put Linda on it and was able to,luckily.And then a couple of requests from the new employee at the store i showed some of my recent work to. Still making room in the shop but very slow go ,I delivered the black ankhs today too across town.Thanks for looking
