Welcome friend!,Lots of info is needed localize the problem your having.Too much vibrayion could be a number of things,saw not fastened solid to a table or board,not enough blade tension,blade loosens up immediatly after you start up the machine,wore out connecting arm link in the back of the saw,bad bearings somewhere etc.All these contribute to quick breakage of blades .Fast turns in corners will break the blade almost everytime.Now the band saw , Are you scrolling with a 1/8" or 3/8" blade or a 1/2" blade.To scroll good use a 1/8" blade and slow again in the turns.Blade tension needs to be tight with these saws too.Band saws have lots of adjustments for tracking so that's another story.You came to the right place for answers .Glad to have you aboard!   18. I've tryed mike and they do work but don't drop them.i bought two from him and the price was right.My last one was from lowes for $28.00.very well built and can handle your needs.fits in your drill ,battery drill or drill press,im impressed with it!

Thanks Roly, that sounds like a plan.The most different or unusual seems to be what they want.If you've the gift of he gab to pacifie customers you'll do good.My friend has all those qualitys and no handyman skills locks in customer after customer ,booked for jobs month in advance.Me have all the skills and tools for doing the job fast and correct get nothing.???????
