  1. Larry i only stack cut the one in the photo of merry christmas..I don't like to stack cut because i cut fast and the bottom ones don't look right because of that. The raindeers were cut one at a time in 1/8" wood
  2. Oh the money you save getting a sheet at the big box stores!. I try to when i can it's like buy one get 4 free in the price difference Just today i needed some 12" smooth on one side a 2' x 2' piece was 8 bucks 4pieces is 40 bucks for half a sheet cut already in that size a full sheet was bucks .i didn't have the money to get a full sheet so i lost big time.

DOC,Yes is'nt it funny to see a clone show up.Kind a makes you straighten up your posture for a second,It does that to me anyway when i see my project show up that somebody else did, thanks for the push to get me to try chip board!I like it.I had a pattern i've been saving and found for the chip board but water got to before me ,and it was a bowl. Would have been my first!

Looks real good Scott,After seeing what a great job you did with cutting and choice of woods ,Had everything been raised up off the backer and all the wolf pieces rasied higher than the one behind each other. the three d effect would jump out at you.Treffic job here! :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:

  24. ROB ROY, If I showed you or told you how badly this DW788 type 1 is worn out you would be amazed. The blade has absolutely no side to side motion, blade wobble and runs like a new machine. I think the last synthetic grease job I gave it a year age has filled all the voids in the bearings and all. My tension dial is right on 1.5 to 2.5 which is like new settings. I can't imagine how much stuff I could have cut having a dew 788 from the start
