    Well I have been down to my shop these last few day's. Man does it feel Fantastic. been busy as a beaver. I made a Regiment plaque for a fellow Veteran, and some Butterflies, I especially like the Tiger Face one. Looking forward to doing more.

    I have done intarsia yrs ago, I enjoyed it, don't recall having the trouble your having. I do hope you keep it up. It will be very rewarding.

    I have a bar stool my Wife's best friend wasn't using, heavy cast iron, swivels, I padded the seat and I am HAPPY HAPPY

    When I was cutting in thick hard wood I used White Pine, Cedar, Oak, Cherry. and I did use Red Oak. I found White Pine worked best for the type of cutting I did.

    It did a world of good today to go down to the shop and do some cutting. Once I have a few things done I will post them, I am not quite ready for any detailed cutting, but some simple cutting a some painting.

    Years back I made pocket knives, I would not sell them to little boys unless their parents were with them, but even then it made me nervous, It has been a few yrs since I made any knives. I was around 9 when I got my 1st Knife, 11 or 12 my 1st 22, It was a different world back then.
