    Now I have ran into this problem with Hard wood,White pine.I just turn it upside down place it in the sun with a heavy weight,and let the sun do its job,Will it work with Plywood?It should.

    Well I redone Cheyenne,I decided to leave the frame white,I thought it looked pretty good that way.And I done A guy I know most of us will remember.It's Howdy Doody Time!

    I have just received UR 2 Blades from Scroller Mag,I,m pretty sure,there UR 2 They have like 20 some odd teeth going one way and about 14 teeth going the other,if this is the blade your talking about,I have had pretty good luck with them.I have had them for about a week,and have gone thru 3 or 4 blades.

    A Lot of Great Ideas up there.Welcome to The Village.I myself us Carbon paper,I trace the pattern onto the wood.Very little sanding,if the right blades are used,{took me awhile to figure that one out }

    Thanks for all the Great Compliments.As far as Cheyenne,I will have to try and remove the frame and do it over.Silly me didn't catch it until I posted and was writing about it.Getting old and foggy upstairs.

    Here's a few things I've done this week.Love working with BB plywood.Using #2 Reverse Tooth.Cheyenne is a 1st timer for me in BB.Well all these are.The Harley Logos had me nervous.there small only 7 in, long.The letters had me concerned.
