Thanks for all the Great Compliments people.They do mean a lot.I posted a Thank You earlier.but for some reason it didn't take.So far I Love cutting with this wood.I am down to my last 2 blades.Only had a few to start with will be ordering more Monday.Thanks again for all the Wonderful Compliments.
  6. I use a Drill sometime,OK.I admit it It does make some jobs easier so there But really it does make certain jobs easier.

Well here are the First 2 cuttings with BB Plywood,and the blade that I am sure is #3 reverse tooth.I know the Philly Eagles don't have the Eagle on their Helmet,at least I don't think so,Teams are always changing logo's.but that's the way the customer wanted them.The frame was my idea.I hope she likes it.

  9. I just starting using 1/4 BB plywood as my prime cutting wood.I use to cut in the mid range.now I have slowed down some .I have found I get a better cut,less breakage.
  10. Like a few up above I have done both,and I make my own.I try not to pay to much for a pattern.
  11. Thanks Guys, It would seem that #3 is the most go to blade for 1/4 inch wood I will have to order me some this weekend after my Labor Day sale.Which I hope is a Great one Thanks again for all your help I will try to let you know how it turns out.

I have recently switched over to thinner wood 1/4 inch for my cutting's, I have some blades that were given to me,I don't know what kind they are.but they do a Fantastic job.I know they are #5.they are thinner.possibly #3.What do you Fellow Villager's use for wood this thin.I am doing all my cutting with BB Plywood.

  16. Never used Teakwood,it is a Beautiful wood,Like what ya done so far.Ya have some Great advise up there to choose from.
  17. I got my catalog,and saw them blades.I have never heard of them either Ike.I was going to compare them Mikes blades but I can't get to his site.
  18. Has anyone tried to visit Mikes workshop lately? I just tried this A.M, And was unable to get there.The web page could not be found.no matter how I looked for it,put in from my list, from yahoo.typed it in myself, same story.web page could not be found.Does anyone know what's going on?

  25. I have had the same thing happen to me Kevin,But I found it out quicker,before the glue dried,still had a miss to clean off.Glad to here you got it all cleaned up.
