    I agree they do wear out fairly quick.I go thru a blade at least once every other day,I have my saw set on 4,tightness set just right,and I cut,I agree with you guy.the glue,the way the plywood is laid out.it all has to do with wearing out the blade.

    I know how ya feel.I have had customers tell me about my patience in sanding my work,they say it must take hrs to get rid of all those spurs and splinters.

    A few of my latest.The Eagle is a pttern from a Scroller Mag,can't remember what issue.The Enterprise Delta Shield is from a Drawing I did on it's 25th Anni,.I thought I would make a pattern from it in my down time when I was sawless.The 2nd Enterprise is from a Pattern I have had for awhile.can't remember who made it.Fantastic job.The stars glow in the dark.I thought it would add a spacey touch.

    I know how ya feel.I haven't made any 3D in quit awhile.I did cut out a Semi from an old scrap,and it ended up taking me 5 blades,to this day I have no idea what type of wood it was,

    I couldn't have said it better myself.Really. I have used both over the yrs.when I have come across wood that is just to pretty to stain.
