  1. @Kris Martinson Your talent for making patterns is unbelievable. When I was a kid,we lived right next to the train yard, and you could almost tell the time when the New York Central steamer came through the city. Your cousin is going to love this. Thanks for sharimng. Rick
  2. @don in brooklin on Great job Don. What a thoughtful gift this is!!! Thanks for sharing. Rick
  3. @Allen levine GOOD on YA Allan. The new tires really bring it up a notch, and how can you go to the beach without a board. I ask you, WHAT LITTLE GUY WOULDN'T WANT THAT BEAUTY, especially when it was made by GRANDPA. Thanks for sharing. RICK
  4. @jerry walters Hi Jerry, I built my router table more then 20 years ago, and it has served me well. I have 10 or 12 routers of various sizes, most are used in a very specific jig and I do use a bunch of them squezzed in the jaws of my B&D WORKMATE. Real easy to set up, but VERY MESSY, wood chips all over the place.
  5. @rafairchild2 Beautiful job on St. Marks Tower. Love to see the full set when you are done. rick
  6. @Allen levine Great progress on the truck Allen, please keep the pictures coming. Looks like the little guy is storing up some strength for PLAYTIME. Rick
  7. @Allen levine Hey Allen, great answer to your buddies, I bet that got a lot of laughs. If I were you, I would take FIFO out and teach him some manners. Thanks for sharing. Rick

  10. @Kris Martinson Outstanding design and cutting, as usual. We have a house on the Jersey shore and sometimes just take a ride to see and enjoy any lighthouse. Thanks for sharing. Rick

  13. Thank you all for the quick reply. @barb.j.endersThanks for the samples Barb. The REMY font may wrk for her. @don in brooklin onHi Don, you have helped me on various projects in the past, and, again, I thank you. I have a stencil set of Capital & lower case COOPER BLACK letters that I purchased somewhere a longgggg time ago. I have a very patient customer looking foe this, so I think we will keep on keepin' on.Rick
  14. Hi to everyone. I am about 2 weeks away from being allowed to go down & up the stair case to my shop, first back surgery, then 3 weeks ago I had my right hipreplaced. I can't wait to smell saw dust again. Anyway, the ideas & patterns have been building up, and I'm rearing to go. My question is...can anyone help me identify this name puzzle font? One of my better customers saw this on, I think she said PINTREST, and she would like birthday presents for her grandchildren. I remember reading that there is a site on the internet that can either ID or suggest a close match. Thank you all in advance.
  15. @Kris MartinsonRemarkable work Kris, I marvel at the work you are capable of. You are correct by saying we are all blessed. I like to think that every piece I cut is a prayer of thanksgiving for having the opportunity to have the time and patience concentrate on the great hobby. Rick
