  1. Welcome to the Village. There's lots of info here and many "experts". Just ask! Bill
  2. Yeah, its fun isn't it! Don't worry about the time, we're retired and only have 6 Saturdays and a Sunday. Can go to the store anytime there's no traffic, and actually talk with people that work there. It great and welcome to the village! Bill
  3. Sergio , welcome to the Village. Very glad to have you aboard. I'm 65, retired, been scrolling for a few months and learning. I love reading, used to love playing soccer (when I was younger and had good knees) and am really enjoying learning scrolling skills. Wife and I living in Tennessee. Bill
  4. I"m glad you were found so quickly. I'm also diabetic and know what you are talking about -no warning you just wake up. This just shows what happens to a diabetic when your life has subtle changes. We seem to need a repetitive life. Bill

  9. One of the things I did was take a comfortable chair, drop my shoulders to a comfortable level and measure from the seat to the bottom of my elbows. I used that distance then to position myself in relation to the scrollsaw table. I added about 2 inches to that measurement because you want your arms slanted up (not down). That is then the distance from the scrollsaw table to the top of the seat of your chair. I have been using that for a while and its pretty comfortable. Bill
  10. Hi there Madhatter! Welcome to the village. I'm Bill from Tennessee. Glad to have you aboard! Bill
