When I started I couldn't cut either straight or in circles, then one day I found that I could, it just seems to come, keep going and it will come!

Super pattern, good cutting. Hope you don't mind I have copied the picture and will cut myself one. If you could post a copy of the pattern would be great!

The pattern is by Ardold Volker now handled by his son in law Kyle Sheffer at www.woodyoubelieveshop.com in the USA I saw a picture of this design in a Patrick Spielman book called 300 Christian & Inspirational patterns. I sent a picture of it to Kyle and he postedme the pattern at very reasonable cost. Vey glad you liked it.

You all probably do this anyway, but I have only just thought of it! I have been doing a cut with many very fine holes, i.e. a no.1 blade size and found great difficulty finding the hole to feed the blade through. So I ground the top end of the blade to a point and bingo! pops through every time with no effort!

As Armistice day approaches I thought it would be nice to make a commemorative plaque to remember those who gave their lives for us. I have called it 'Lest we Forget'. I hope you all like it. The background is pine and the soldier is stained with rosewood.

Is there a way of fitting a foot pedel to a machine with a zero volt on/off switch. On mine once the power is removed there is no way to turn it back on without pressing the on switch. I believe this is common on most electrical goods with blades in the UK.

I want to cut some key holders that are 12mm thick. If I cut them one at a time I would use a No.5 blade. How many do you think I could cut at one time and what blade would you use. The wood in question is pine.
