  1. The cedar probably didn't need the finish, but I thought I would try it. It does darken it somewhat. The food was wonderful, and the sign was liked as well. Pops does custom jewelry, and he said it would go in his studio. Ok, it is official. I just ordered 3 patterns. lmao
  2. Thanks everyone and Merry Christmas to all !!! I am in north Fort Worth.
  3. Hi everyone. I am finally back at my saw after several years that life got in the way. LOL, I have WAY too many patterns to let these years go by, but I am getting back into the dust creating presents this Christmas. I will update more as time goes by. Thanks for this site. It has gotten me back in the groove, and I can't wait to learn more. Deena K.
  4. Bob thank you for the Louisiana sign. It is cut from aromatic cedar and finished up with Tongue oil. This will be a gift for my son-in-law's grand parents that have invited me over Christmas Eve for a true Cajun meal. Yum yum
  5. Marshall, I did make a huge Razorback sign for my grandson's bedroom. My other customers have to settle for a smaller ornament 5x3. LOL
  6. Thank you all. These are great ideas. I will let you know how it goes.
  7. chippygeoff had a great question concerning using the dremel as a small router. I have a trim router I would like to set up in a table, but I have not seen anything on the market for such a thing. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
  8. There is a reason I have put my shop behind a closable door. LOL I will be looking at others' areas for any and all ideas for a better organized area for wood, patterns, tools, etc. Thanks to all.
  9. I understand this completely. My daughter works for Harbor Freight, and it is sooo hard not to stop in for a visit. I am taking a week off from my day job in Jan. to reorganize my work room. Need more shelves, more hangers for clamps, and just more more more.
  10. Great work ! I have cut a few crosses, but not near the detail you have worked.

    Hi Yall

I live in Fort Worth, Tx and have been scrolling around 10 years. I have more patterns than I will ever be able to make in my life time, but love making sawdust. I have been offline for a few years, and WOW have things changed. I do many different styles with my saw, but right now my layered painted critters are what are in demand. My daughter created a facebook page "Ma's Treasures", and it has been overwhelming. I hope to meet others here with my own obsession. Thanks
