  5. Funny you should say that I have a biscuit jointer and have never thought of using biscuits for framing and I've been using my table saw to make the slots and cutting pieces to fit. I'm going to try that one. Kevin thanks for reminding me what tools I have. lol
  6. Rusty I use glue and a clamp on mine the same as this video but he's using v nails I might have a look at those V nails to give mine extra strength I usually use wooden splines in the corners in contrasting woods see videos below these chaps do the same. Roly v nails splines

  8. Looks very white, poplar perhaps just a guess I have bigger pieces then them in my workshop in a black plastic bin liner with top open for 9 months now and no cracks yet. Roly
