Ok I must be using a #4 maybe???18.5 TPI. The closest store that seems to support any kind of woodworking is a Lowes so maybe I should order a variety of blades online. I do have a spiral that my husband picked up for me but again still learning. I can definitely see the ease of using these with some fretwork but not for straight lines.

I am using a craftsman 16 inch scroll saw. As for the blades hmmm. I have the ones that came with it and I bought some Bosch blades 18.5 TPI??? If that helps any. Thanks again for the welcomes. Thanks for the warm welcome! I'm a sweet tea drinker having converted from being a New York City slicker to settling in the South as also could drink coffee non stop all day long without losing sleep...a trait I guess comes from the a Marine Corps for sure! Hello! I'm new to scrolling. I must say I was a little intimidated by what seems to be a group of people who have been scrolling for a long time but I enjoy reading your posts and figured I would jump in somewhere! I retired last October from the Marine Corps and my husband suggested I may enjoy a scroll saw and he was right! Love it! Here is my first piece can't wait to start another project!
