its ok i was not thinking when i didi it scrolling addict

hi guys and gales , just wanted to share some thing that i did ,not so much the project, but the responce i got from doing it ,,, well i made a time to run scrollsaw thingy with a clock in it for a young man in high school, we know his dad not so much the son, but since he made the state finnels this year in track , and also the jr olimics i said i dont know what kind of responce i will get for this becuse he is at the moody stage in his life , you know what i mean they know it all and we are dumb lol. so his dad gave it to him yesterday and was supprised with his recation, a big grin from ear to ear whent straight to his room and placed on his head board of his bed ,,, i was so pleased i had to share ,,, time to run can be found on steave goods web site ,,,,thanks john shankel

nope you get a lot of fuzzies no matter what , i tried the 3/0 very thin easy to break , i use the #3 more heavyer blade i want to try the #1 s i am also learning the spiral blade done some portrite work and some vaining infact i just did a phone foot from steve good blog just for kicks used the #3

well what i did was make a cross flag so to say ,,, that said god loves you , i gave it to my stepson and told him if he wants he can put it in his fathers coffin , he chose not to , and that is ok with me ,, but what i did give him was a bbig hug and kiss when he broke down and told him i love you and i am here for you , he said i love you too ......

question ,, what do most people cut as far as wood and thickness go , when doing a portrait of people? .... i have been using 1/4 inch Baltic birch with good success depending on the pattern, some times thicker wood but it has to be a stright forward pattern ,,, but i just wanted to ask the question .

my question is this , when a pic starts out at 300 dpi , from a sender, then transferd to a smart phone, then sent to me , it is 96 dpi ? what can i do to keep the pic at 300 dpi, so i can send it to the pattern makers on this site and other sites as well. and also via email?

all i did was use baltic berch to cut the lion ,stained it with golden oak, used some underlayment wood for the backer, stained it with early american, and painted the eye parts white and black . thats it put a clear coat on all. glad you liked it

zen scroller i know it is a mess but i only have two outlets in here , not going to make any changes till the wife figures out where she wants to live and work lol , seems like when i get things where i like them she gets a bug up her but and wants to move ,,
