This project was my first actual scrolling test, unfortunately I used Luan and it ended up with the ply falling out in areas . I had a problem with the luan sucking up the polyurathane spray. All in all it came out just ok . Thanks for looking

At the risk of sounding foolish, what is fdur? Is it douglas fir?

Hey all, My name is Art and I am new to SSV and scroll sawing. I started just last November and I used an old delta, I think it is a 590? Anyway, I could make a milkshake on the thing it shook so bad. Well I bought a Dewalt 788 used and have yet to use since I have been so busy. The old saw was my father's before he passed in may of 11. Hoping to make some wicked cool stuff for christmas this year. I decided to check out SSV after I watched a video from Steve Good where he mentioned SSV, thanks Steve. I have not found a site that offers as much info as SSV, thanks. I am checking out gimp 101 and will probably many questions. Thanks again, look forward to chatting.
