  1. Hi everyone, I'm having a problem Cutting a puzzle out of 7/8 maple. After I cut the piece and take it out, one end is fatter that the other. I checked the blade and it's straight and I'm going slow making the turns. The bottom part is wider that the top where the pattern lines are. Don't know what else to do. Any ideas. I'm using a #3UR blade to. Could that be the problem.
  2. Have to use up that scrap wood somehow. Looks good.
  3. That is some fine scrolling. I just can't get the hang of using a spiral blade.

  8. Looks great. I think you outdid yourself. I don't know how much more challenging work you need. Those shells look pretty challenging to me. I always wanted to try those but I don't think I could ever do that.

  17. Don, did you notice that I even closed up the letters instead of using bridges like the A. I thought it would look better since I was putting a backer on it.
  18. Oh now I see them. I just ignored those. LOL.
  19. Oh, I didn't even notice that. I thought it was in the letters because they were so small. LOL. Thanks anyway Don.
  20. It's my Granddaughter's Father in law that passed away. She's giving it to his wife on Mothers day.

  23. Just finished unclamping this family tree this morning. Wasn't sure a pattern could be made of this but Don in Brookline came through again. Thanks Don for being able to do this for me. I hope I gave it justice. THis is a surprise for my granddaughter. Don, I even cut out the little white spots.
  24. Just finished unclamping this portrait this morning. I want to that Kris Martinson for doing this pattern for me..It was a little tricky to do. I also want to thank Mahendra for also doing a pattern for me. This is 1/4 inch BB about 8 x 10. Just have to give it a few coats of poly and it will be done.
