  1. Thanks everyone.
  2. How thick is the wood you use on these. Would 1/8 B/B be ok.

  8. Nice Lew. That all she needs. Serves the purpose.
  9. Thanks everyone for the compliments. Your right Bob, sometimes I am to fussy. What blade would you use on something like that. I was afraid to go smaller. I even cut down on the speed. Maybe i was going to fast with the #5 blade and that;s why it might of wandered a little. Any tips.
  10. I know what you mean Frank. I was a little worried about it because of the two cutout pieces but even though the U and the V are a little wider on the back side, you can't even notice it unless someone points it out. A non scroller would never notice it.
  11. This is a Steve Goods pattern I wanted to try. I used poplar and it's about 8 inches tall. It was a little tricky to do but I managed to finish it. I started out using a #5 polar but when I cut out the U and the V, I noticed that the underside was a little wider when I took the scrap piece out. I guess the blade was wandering a little underneath so I changed to a #7 polar and seem to cut a little better but it was a slow process. The block of wood was 1.5 x 1.5. Maybe I'lll try a #9
  12. You did a great job on that pattern. I have a little trouble using a #2 blade sometimes. It will wander a lot, not sure why.
  13. Nice looking clock.
  14. Finished this yesterday for my Granddaughter. I want to thank Alex Fox for the pattern. It's about 8 inches in diameter. Made out BB plywood and one stained.
  15. Yes Jim, Figure a few more minutes to put the pattern on the wood. Maybe 10 total.
  16. Yay, I leaning towards the plain one to.
  17. I decided to paint the second bowl to see how it would look. What do you think. Plain or painted.
  18. Came out great Pete. I like the torch idea. eally make it stand out.
  19. Thanks Dan.
  20. I thought I would use up some of my scrap wood so I made a few of these mini bird house hangers. One is Oak and the other is Walnut. It's a Steve Good pattern. Pretty easy to cut. Took about 5 minutes. Have to get my camera checked out. Some of my pictures are coming blurry lately.
  21. Those all look great. I like the bride and groom also.
  22. Great job on that Clayton.
  23. Thanks Dick.
  24. Looks good. I love the wood.
  25. Hi guys and gals. Well I gave this a shot. It's one of Steve Goods patterns. I was able to cut two at a time so I can keep one and give the other one away. They are a little tough to put together without getting any glue squeezing out. I still have to other one to put together yet. I have to see if I can get the pattern that Dick did. I like that one to. This is almost 3 inches tall and 10 inches wide, cut with # 3/0 reverse.
