  1. I have had several request for the enlarge pattern that I used so I thought I would post it here for anyone to use. I would recommend leaving the tongues long............also the ends of the sides with the inlay. After you put it together you can sand it all flush. The tabs that go through the top I left long and square........cut and shaped them after I put it through the top. I hope you have a planer.....I planed my wood to match the thickness or the mortice. Should be about 3/8". Take your time it was a challenge for me. dave Humnmer1.pdf Humnmer2.pdf

  3. Dick, I don't know if we would like Southern Arizona but we would sure enjoy the hummingbirds.

  7. Those are some great projects. Love the lighted ones.
  8. Ray, Search Small Trinket Box. I made it .75 bigger. I did that in Inkscape. I ended up with it about 3/8" thick instead of 1/4". I used a Pegas #3 blade and my table was set about 2 degrees for the inlay. I also made some changes on the Hummingbird. The tabs that go through the top I also made changes to. If you can't scale it up I am happy to send you the pattern.

  16. I love it Alex.
  17. Thanks for the nice comment Marg. I made it .75 larger. The pattern calls for 1/4" material. I don't really like making something like this that thin. By making it .75 larger I ended up with about 3/8" thick material.
  18. Dick, Beautiful job. Such a nice clean cutting.
