    When you first open Gimp up go to New click and make a new file the box will open saying template below it it will have size ratio's choose your inches there and open the picture/pattern you want to use....

    I make these all the time and I have found that to do a full size it is best to do it at printer paper sheet size add whatever you want the cover to say then print add the holes from the binder paper to the printed sheet this way the holes match up..I hope this helps

    I used 3/4 for top and bottom (the black parts) and you can use 3/4 inch for the hangers or you can go thinner with 3/4 blocks to hold the hooks...

    Here You go Edward this is one I made for my Nephew Years and years ago You will need to resize the patterns I would use poster resizer it is free software download I used elastic hair bands to hold the belts and used flower pot chains connected by eye hooks on each side with very few links between them there are belts in Karate which is why I added the nine blanks but you can add more if needed....     This is the one My wife got me for My Christmas present Brand new in the box from Ebay for 30 Dollars (I'm just now starting to use one so I didn't want one that was real expensive) And so far I love it And it is so easy to use....(with the help from youtube)

    Wacom bamboo capture pen and touch is a good one to start out with I got mine from eBay new in box for 30 dollars US so if your just starting out with one go that route.

    I would check 1.printer settings 2. printer itself 3. against the other computer I would print it out on the one you are using now then switch computers print it out again lay second pattern on top of first hold it up and look at it if the second is the same as first it is your settings if not it is your computer Good luck I hope this helps happy cutting
