  1. Very nice cutting, and I love the wood you used!
  2. Very cool piece. Well done
  3. Thanks Denny, I'll post a couple of necklaces over on brangin rights after I figure out the site a bit
  4. Thanks to all for the warm welcome! I started on an old craftsman on end that I got from my dad, quickly fell in love with the hobby and invested in a delta (same as the Dewalt 788 just rebranded under the delta name). Tried a little of everything at first, then started cutting tagua slices and making necklaces out of them. Recently, thanks to a Charles Dearing video I've discovered the joy of spiral blades and portraits. Looking forward to posting some pics soon. I've seen alot of great stuff on this site already!
  5. Great piece of work. And unlike dukes of hazard, we get to see his face lol.
  6. Polar blades also work great on Corian and tagua but I never use them for wood
  7. Putting it on wheels is a great idea. My partner and I took a delta (gray Dewalt) to a few craft shows and powered it off a car battery and small converter, and it worked great. It was heavy to lug though
  8. Hi everyone, I'm new to the site but have been scrolling for a few years now. Looking forward to chatting and exchanging project pics.
