  1. That's great. Glad you are on the mend. BTW was that your casting or reeling in arm. Fishing weather is coming soon. Hope you are ready.

  3. Great job on both the cutting and the pattern!
  4. You are definitely on your way. Nice work.
  5. Super job of cutting detail. Gotta be proud of that one.
  6. A wonderful clean bit of cutting on a dynamite pattern. Don did an excellent pattern!
  7. Gorgeous work. Alas I'll never cut anything that large. I cant stand and scroll and I can't lean back far enough for not being able to see.
  8. That is really impressive. You always do great work.
  9. Beautiful little box abd I love the inlay. Nice job.
  10. Beautiful work. I've never done layered cutting. Guess I'm to cheap to buy the extra wood.
  11. That's precious! Dancing for Jesus is great. Did you make the pattern?
  12. That's why I have so many double tools and things. Went to Harbor Freight and saw a push stick for a table saw for 99 cents. I can use that so I bought it. Then found two just like it at home. Sometimes I just buy something without thinking. Old age I guess.
  13. How I appreciate all the helpful people here!
  14. I think this has run it's course or should go to a new posting. You are measuring 6.7cm and mine is 6.533cm. Arm up is 8.291cm. It is difficult to measure precisely. Those few thousandths will make no appreciable difference one way or the other. I'd rather just sit back and scroll. While trying to measure my eyeballs may not see correctly.
  15. Nice work Kevin. You are accomplished a lot of new techniques!
  16. You asked. I can only tell you what mine is. There can't be an appreciate difference.
  17. They work and I've used them for some time but it takes, If I remember correctly, the left thumb and forefinger to hold the blade in place while you tighten the knob. I find it easier to just put the blade in a little hole and tighten the knob. It does not take the two finger approach. I had posted a photo but I think you said you didn't know what it was. I can post again if you wish.
  18. That is beautiful! I love cedar.
  19. I made my own clamps as the Hegner, even the quick clamps, are crap.
  20. Usually that is true but I watched you tube about inkscape. and no way could I understand it.
  21. Welcome to the Village and great you started scrolling again. I'm even more impressed with your getting sober. That is the REAL accomplishment. I'm proud of you. Again, welcome Tim!
  22. 6.67258 cm on my 18" Hegner
  23. I'd like to watch videos but not being able to hear the audio it is useless.
  24. Oillite bushings make great sense. I doubt my bushings will ever need replacement but oillite would make sense.
