  10. The Butterfly Clock was a request from someone who see my other album clocks, The Shaken not Stirrrrrrred was a request as well, The John Cena is a gift for a little fella up the road from me who has had a bad start to the year so thought I would cheer him up a bit I know he loves wrestling and John Cena so if it makes him smile and forget his woes even for a minute my time was well spent making it. 11. Forgot to add you may get a little annoyed with having to lean over to the back arm to adjust tension all the time I see this model does not have the quick tension clamp fitted they do sell the part needed but you would need to check whether that model can take the quick release tension arm to make the saw a lot easier to use.
  12. Hi Iggy, I have a Hegner and from the second picture in the listing you posted I can see part of the bellows on the table. To me it needs a new bellows that is what the seller is trying to say I think here in the uk a new set is relatively cheap not sure about price where you are but here they are around £22 plus shipping, If you have trouble finding a spares supplier where you are here is the link to the UK Hegner site they will probably ship to you. Heres the link https://www.hegner.co.uk/bellows-for-hegner-scrollsaws.html Frank

  21. Hey Roly if that gets seen by her indoors before you give it to your customer you may well actually become a Phantom, That is a great change up of the pattern though and I reckon you should do a few male and female ones for your next show you could be onto a winner there, Thanks for sharing Frank
  22. I would love to be able to see a picture turn it into a pattern to cut, I keep on looking on the gimp tutorial but as yet still a big big learning curve for me but seeing things like this is what keeps non pattern makers like myself studying these tutorials. Thanks for sharing Kris Frank
  23. I have the exact same Hegner that I purchased 6 months ago and after looking at mine just now my arm is straight . This is not an answer to your problem I know but it does confirm it is not meant to be like that. Me personally as it is only 3 months old would be on to Hegner customer services sending them the picture you have posted here and asking for a replacement not a repair as a repair will mean you waiting to get it back and after all it is still within the manufacturers year warranty. The courier can pick up the old when they deliver the new, I can only guess you got unlucky and got a wrong un off the line which is weird because they are all quality tested and stamped. Sorry I cannot tell you how to fix it you could of course try what has been suggested like the pivot arm bolt and bearing but as it is so new I would just go for a straight replacement if it was me after all they are not cheap why should you be fixing it after only 3 months. I can also confirm I can use any type of blade small large makes no difference as long as tension is set correct they snap only when they are meant to snap or have been used too hard etc etc, I am not a veteran at this still learning but as I have the same model thought I would jump in on the thread. Frank
  24. I also think that will glue back and hold especially so if you are going to glue a backer to it afterwards as well and as Wayne said I would use a real thin glue to allow it to run right down into the cracked area. Frank
