I really Thank you a lot!! I´m glad you like it, but i´m not yet at the level that you, or a lot of people in here, are. Always improving
-
Thank you a lot!. And yes, finally I was one of the winners
-
I´m glad that this can help you visualize a project fron the beggining. ScrollSawing it´s absolutely amazing, and I animate you to be curious with all the techniques and usefull tricks that are around internet
-
Thank you everyone for your comments and support. @Rockytime Thank you too and I actually use Gimp for making the pattern itself, and Inkscape after to vectorize it and get a smooth final design. I animate you to learn pattern making, because I´m not an expert with computers, and it´s easier than can seem at first thougt. I leave you here the link to the series of videos that I used to learn pattern making with Gimp (with an image of William Shatner), and animate you to do it, cause with time you can make beautiful pieces

Hi everyone again! I know that I don´t post a lot, but that´s because I can´t spend all the time that i´d like in the scrollsaw. Sorry about that, but when I have a finished project, I share it with all of you This time, I bring you a little project that I made for a kind of contest, in which the topic was the game "Grand Theft Auto V". I take a photo from the game, designed the pattern and finally cut it in 5mm plywood. I leave you the original photo, the pattern and the final result. I hope you all like it

Hello everyone!! This time, I want to share my first project of this year, which is my first portrait too. They´re two friends of mine, that recently bougth their first house, so I thougth that this could be a nice and a beautiful present. It´s cutted in 5mm plywood, the frame it´s made from pine that I inked in walnut, and both are finished with barnish. I hope you all like it

Oh my god!! What a beautiful job, absolutely incredible! Like Gandalf says once, "all we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us", and you nailed it. Thanks for sharing with us

Hello everyone!!! First of all, i want to wish you all a happy 2019, and i´m glad to start it with one of the toughest projects that I recently made: this Game of Thrones Backgammon. I played with the lines of the wood, the box it´s made from pine and plywood, and the board it´s from inked plywood: walnut, oak and the natural colour of the plywood. I cutted every single piece, and glue back together in the box. In the outside, I cutted the logos of two houses from the TV show "Game of Thrones": the house Stark and the house Lannister, next to their respective slogans, inked in walnut. The wolf is, literally, a puzzle, and i´m proud of the result. Finally, I pyrograph the surname of the friend for which the game was in the side of the box, and I made the dice of bets too with the same technique. I hope you like it, and I send all of you my best wishes for this new year.

Woooow!!! It´s amazing! Congrats

Thank you a lot, Wombatie!! I must confess that the spiral its not from my hand. I tried it, but didn´t get the result that i expect, so I finally used a simple spiral from a notebook
-
Thank you so much!! I made it thinking at the same time in the volume 2, so yes, will come another one
-
Thank you a lot!! There are so many great minds in here, and i´m glad to learn from all of you, so thank you!!

Hello everyone!! I know that I haven´t been here for a time, but i´m back with this beautiful project. I really love cooking, but sometimes I don´t remember with the accuracy that i would like some of my recipes and have to think a little bit more about them. That´s why I imagined this project: a recipes notebook. But because we love scrolling , i had to include some cuts, and there is the result. The covers are made from 5mm plywood, in which i cut the letters, the fork and the knife. In english, it says "Ruben´s (that´s me) recipes book ". After that, I inked the cuts in walnut and glued back together in place, varnish all, put the spiral, a colored cardboard and a short dedication. Hope you all like it!!
