Dobby is a house Elf from Harry Potter, Used Oak Ply, made the frames by cutting off the grooved edges from tongue and groove red oak, wipe on poly on ply. Stack cut.

Thanks to all for the kind comments, RabidAlien, I have the pattern, tried to attach but wont upload, JPEG 2.9MB I can send another way if you wish? Its not a purchased pattern, just found the Image and printed it

I am working on the second pattern you show, a question, how did you do the tiny lines for the noses? -
