    I have the same problem with brush strokes showing. Sealing the wood sounds like a great idea, I have not tried that. I will next time. I use acrylic paint on some projects and use a rag to wipe it on instead of a brush. Works good that way.

    Thanks, I'm excited to be here. Five dogs different breeds and sizes. Love having them, but a challenge when we want to go away, however, wouldn't be without. Straight blades, I have to remind myself they only cut one was, all those turns.

    Hi my name is Irene. I bought a scroll saw last November, now I’m hooked. So many things I want to scroll, so many techniques I want to try. My mind is racing with ideas. I use spiral blades and have made many projects, now I need to figure out the straight blade, I find it challenging. I’m glad to be on this forum and I will be absorbing all your years of expertise.
