  1. Very nice! What type of finish?
  2. Lovely craftsmanship!
  3. Beautiful! Did you make your own pattern too?
  4. I did that a couple times, it works pretty well.
  5. I have had the same issue with my EX-21. The first time it happened I removed the top plastic piece and checked for lose parts. Didn’t find anything so put the plastic top on again. Saw ran normally for quite a while. When it happened again, I blew compressed air into the space by the top arm. Saw settled down again. I found if I ran it at full speed it generally pulsated, so I always ran it at a little under full. The saw was practically brand new when I bought it, after a while it seemed to break in, and I could run it full speed if I wished and it would act fine. Not sure how new your Jet is, but it could just need broken in.
  6. Looks real nice!
  7. That is so beautiful! The quality and craftsmanship really stand out. Very nice work!
  8. 1.5 inch square block by about 5-6 inches. Pegas MG 5
  9. Just finished this 3D cutout. This was my first project with Pegas blades. I really like how smooth and crisp the blade left the wood. Still getting used to how the blades cut as opposed to Flying Dutchman. Looking forward to experimenting more with the Pegas.
  10. Both look nice. I prefer the wood.
  11. I tried cutting some more on it, and it keeps splintering Planning to recut and drill very clean holes this time! Thank you for all the help!
  12. Yeah, I think that might be what is happening. Might have to redo this piece.
  13. It is true Baltic birch. Here is a photo.
  14. I’m doing a stack cut of 4 layers of 1/4 Baltic Birch. The bottom layer is tearing out quite badly. I am using a FD Ultra Reverse 3 Any ideas as to what I could/should change?
  15. Wow, those look great!
  16. That is very impressive!!
  17. They are Flying Dutchman I’ve had for a few months. Something that surprised me when I put the blade into the machine, was that there was no crimp on the top. So I lined it up by the teeth... Two down, one up.
  18. Flying Dutchman
  19. Anybody else having issues with UR 5 blades? They’re generally one of my go to blades, but today I tried a few and couldn’t get a straight cut at all! Switched to a UR 7 to finish my project, UR 7 worked great! Possibly a bad batch of blades?
  20. Beautiful work!
