  9. That is some bad tear out.. all the above suggestions are great.. but I have simply coated the back side of bad bb with some tongue oil and it helped me through the cut.
  10. I dont use any adhesive to hold backer. In frame, I use 1/4" plexi glass, the cut. And the backer.. and I secure using frame master at rockler wood working. https://www.rockler.com/frame-master-point-driver At any time, I can pull out tacks to clean glass.. change backer.. or whatever. Then re-tack. I have found doing it this way also prevents a lot of bowing or warping.
  11. Changed Website to https://woodenitbenice.online Changed Shop Information to Free patterns, photo gallery, Blog
  12. Absolutely beautiful cut of a newer pattern. I greatly appreciate your giving me credit for pattern design. Some great suggestions posted. Cant wait to see how you finish this. Humbly, Kenny Hopkins. You dont need a jointer. Lowes and Home depot both sell oak, red oak, poplar, and a few other woods in 1/2"×2"× various lengths that are surfaced on all 4 sides. Using a router with a slot cutting bit and a miter box.. I use my table saw.. you can easily make a frame. As soon as I have some time. I'll put a video on my site of how I make my frames.
