Great job Frank! I love the ways the colors pop. If you are willing to share your technique on how to put the paint in the proper places and alignment on the backer, I would love to learn

Great job! I like the frame as well. Did you stain it or just a clear coat? Also did you gluethe picture and backer board to the frame? Thanks in advance for the feedback and thanks for sharing the pattern!

Wheels on scrollsaw stands

I bought a “Wen” adjustable mobile base with two fixed wheels and two swivel wheels that also has a locking mechanism. I cut a piece of plywood to fit the interior of the base and then mounted my Dewalt stand to the plywood. The two swivel wheels are on a lever that you use to either lock it down to work or move it. Works great. You can get at Lowe’s or Amazon for less than $60. I don’t know how to paste link to the site or I would have.

Looks good Frank. I built a bird house using the cedar fence pickets from Lowe’s. I cut and glued them to the size I wanted. It has lasted for years. I like the squirrel deterrents. My luck, I would forget and touch the pole while refilling the seeds. I may have to use the nail idea for my house. They jump on my house roof from trees early in morning and driving me crazy! You should build a bluebird house. They are a lot of fun to watch as well if get a pair to move in.

Frank, you do an awesome job with the scrolling and the painting! Thanks for sharing

Thank you for the information. I would love an update after you have it hooked up to your saw as well. I know you called it your no name cheap shop vacuum but I would like to know the name. At 73 db that is pretty good. My cheap Stinger shop vac is 94db at 3 feet away!

Very impressive! I would have been holding my breath the entire time! Any idea on the number of holes you had to drill?

Looking forward to your review. If you don’t mind, please describe what size tubes you have it connected to on the saw and if you could tell any difference in sound or if the unit gets hot when you have you pulling through smaller tubes on your saw. This has the potential to be a great option to the loud shop vac set up I have. Thanks in advance

Go to Woodenteddybear.com and find the blade you have and then at the bottom of the page they have the information on the blade and the min size drill bit to use. Hope that helps

Looks great to me. I started using red lines to help with shadows and tracking the blade. I have started using a magnifier as well, but sometimes it actually makes my vision worse if I get the focal length off. What type blade did you use? Thanks in advance
-
Outstanding quality pattern. I wish I could learn to do that. Do you you a particular software? Thanks for sharing

Great job on creating the pattern and the artwork. My shoulder would be sore for days from drilling all those holes for the cuts. Looks good!
