Does anyone know if Fox Chapel in East Petersburg, Pa. has a retail outlet at that location. I have to travel within a stone`s throw from East Petersburg and thought I will stop by if they have a retail outlet.

I had a sticky table on my saw. I have cleaned the surface and it is better but, I was wondering if putting clear silicon on it would be a good way to protect it. Has anyone done this or something similar?

I have a smaller cheap scroll saw, Wen 16 inch(?), can I cut a pattern that is 10x13? I know could cut it with a spiral blade, but being new to scrolling I have never used a spiral blade and am half afraid to try. So, the basic question is can I cut this pattern on my saw with flat blades.

I am from Quakertown Pa. (north of Philadelphia). I like to walk especially in the woods. I have a real, lifetime, interest in Gettysburg. I am retired from metal working. I bought my first, entry level scroll saw about 5 weeks ago and have enjoyed it so much that I want to learn all I can. I join Scroll Saw village because in order learn you have to surround yourself with the best. Everyone has been so kind and so very helpful I know I made a great choice joining.

I am from Eastern Pennsylvania and worked most of my life with metal. After retiring I found I enjoyed working with wood. I have only been scrolling for about 4 or 5 weeks but really like it. I hope to learn from so many expert scroller in this group. Excited to learn.
