    I have a older version I use it foe sanding and I've been playing around with it doing some carving.

    Here are to signs I made for a customer and I charger $85 for each and the patterns where pretty much done except for the names. Both are made from cypress for fronts and red cedar for backs and are roughly 20" long x 15" tall

    I used to set up using the U lay out, I found that it didn't have enough room for people to come in and look. So i started playing around with different setups and looking at other vendors setups. I finally landed on my current layout.

    I had some go bad that I put in a jar once. That was the first and last time I put it in a jar Now I just leave it in the can and hasn't gone bad again.

    I didn't have a father around to teach me anything I learned to do it by trial and error method. The men in my wife's family can't do anything without calling a repair man or me. Her cousins water heater had a leak and didn't know where or how to turn off the water to the house. I make sure anytime I have to fix or replace anything I make sure my son is there to learn to do it I even make him do it at times with me standing over to give advice or instructions. I have a four door ford F150 with the small back doors and the quit opening so I made him watch a video on you tube on how to fix the problem and told him to go fix it and if he needed help to come get me and he didn't need it. It really makes me made that more parents don't teach there kids to do things on there own when the older generation dyes off this world is going to be in big trouble.

    I bought a epson all in one printer it prints up to 13"x 19" from computer but has a 11" x 17" scanner bed.     I bought the Delta spindle sander and the front is wide open so I made this little thing to help with dust collection.

    I don't know how I got it to post two pics one sideways and one upright. It is from peachttree woodworking and it works fine for me.(table saw,planer,router table, scroll saw , bandsaw)

    Stoney this is my wall mount unit don't use a dust deputy.

    I used formica like they use om counter tops it also eliminated the scatches on the table top. I just used contact cement and used the trim router with a pattern bit to trim of excess. I hope this helps Jeff

    Use one for display only then you can use a vacuum sealer like you use to seal meat for the freezer. When i do a special order and have to ship it thats what i do. Hope this helps. Jeff

    I think its more of a hole in one. I like the way the background looks as its curved on the outsides.

    The zero clearance inserts for my bandsaw were the same way. I bought some of the duct tape by gorilla glue, which is thicker than most, I put it on the bottom and it made it level so it should work for this as well. The tilting table was a big decider but the 1/4" spindle was the main reason for me.

    I'm looking at buying a spindle sander and was wondering if anyone has or knows anyone who has this sander. I really want one that has a tilting table and goes down to a 1/4' sleeve. I know the jet also has these features but out of my price range at this moment. Thanks Jeff

    I use either ur #1 or ur #3 depending on what hard wood I'm using. For the hard woods like maple and cherry i use the ur#3 and the ones not as hard i use the ur#1. I cut all my puzzles from 3/4" woods. Jeff
