Great job on both. I would like to make wood chips with a lathe to see if I could do as good a job as you and your son. I've seen great projects where a lathe and a scroll saw are needed. Keep that lathe turning!

I made a few of Steve Goods little vases and from them are the 'center scrap' pieces I want to use. They are already cut and only need a little polishing for me to make wooden vases with wooden flowers sticking out of them. The size of these are approx. 4" tall by 2 5/8 wide. I would like a "Rose Bud" and a "Daisy"... Thank you!!!!!!! I will scroll the flower image in the solid vase and also cut the flower and attech it to the top of the vase. Got that? They will be pretty. Here's a picture...of the blanks and a vase. I just do not want to waste a piece of wood that is already cut perfectly.

I do not believe it is Kevin's first lamp he ever saw. Well Hans, that ain't no $6.00 lamp now. LOL Is it a bed side lamp now? It would be if it were at my house.

Unique and beautiful lamp. Does the shade compliment the lamp or the lamp the shade. However, they go together perfectly.

I've been cutting the CEDAR for dresser drawers and such. Here are some and I have cut others. I enjoy doing these cuttings. They are easy and functional.
