Why dont you make an intarsia or segmentation project of it? It doesnt seem to difficult, and you can already use this as a pattern as far as i can see.

pegus nr.3 reverse skipp. i sandwiched it between two sheeds of wood, but today i cut 3 records without wood, and its cuts great, just slow down the speed.

if you look at pinterest you find many similar ideas

no its on the side of the circles, somewhat in the middle. i made a ring/circle thats smaller then the other ones, so the led strip is somewhat hidden. bit hard to explain since iam dutch

Its not shining through, its a photo, i put a led strip between the front en the back, i put 5 pieces of wood between the front and back. So the ledstrip reflects the photo. hard to explain (iam Dutch)
