Both Shop Notes and Wood Magazine, did articles on this type of project some years ago. I must have made this 6-7 years ago. I took what I liked from both and made mine. It's on locking casters so I can push it into a corner when not in use or roll it into the center of the shop for long stock. There are very few woodworkers who don't have some space issues to deal with. My shop is 12' x 14' but I use the garage sometimes and I have an assembly table I leave set up in the family room, most of the time, now that the kids are gone.
