maine schroller Posted June 15, 2014 Author Report Posted June 15, 2014 Thank you mahendra very nice pattern. I dont want to pick but is it possible to get a little more facial detail even if we have to crop in on just the torsos. If not I understand thank you for your talents and time, god bless Quote

If not I understand thank you for your talents and time, god bless Let me try.The couple in the picture are a bit far in the frame and when I try to blow up to 300 to 400%(to work on) the grains seperate and it is difficult to get the details but still let me give it one more attempt. Nick@tinkers-cove Posted June 15, 2014 Report Posted June 15, 2014 Hi. Hope this is of some use to you. I usually take it to this level of detail, then take a silver sharpie & black fine-liner to it. Use the sharpie to edit lines (areas of wood to keep) and use the fine-liner to re-enforce your cutting lines. Kyle's shirt is very light in colour, but you can see the crease marks (this is where you can add detail with the fine-liner). The benefit of working at this level of detail, is you can use as much (or little) as you can manage - you may need to edit with the pens until you're at a level that you feel comfortable with. Give me a shout if you need anything else. Kindest Regards, Nick. p.s (New Blog Update Coming Soon) http://www.tinkers-cove.blogspot.com wombatie 1 Quote
