bobscroll Posted August 3, 2014 Report Posted August 3, 2014 You did a really nice job there Rusty, Thanks for showing, Bob Quote
Wilson's Woodworking Posted August 4, 2014 Report Posted August 4, 2014 Are you making all 5 branches or just the 4 most people think about when the US military is talked about? My wife worked at the veteran’s home and they have all 5 displayed as you walk in the door. branches_of_service_logos.bmp Quote
Sparkey Posted August 4, 2014 Author Report Posted August 4, 2014 I am just doing the main four for now. Quote
lonewolf Posted August 16, 2014 Report Posted August 16, 2014 What was the width of the wood, rusty? I'm doing something similar with 1/8". Very hard to do the fine work, but i'm going to keep after it. I've got the army and marines patterns. I'll try to get them done and show everybody, but work really leaves me little time. Quote
Sparkey Posted August 20, 2014 Author Report Posted August 20, 2014 It is 1/4" maple plywood. The piece is 10" in diameter and the frame is 12 by 12. Quote
