grosa Posted November 27, 2014 Report Posted November 27, 2014 This is a boat bar I made several years ago for Swan river seafood in Naples Florida. The plans were a 24" long model of a New england fishing boat. Everyone told me it could not be done. The bottom half of the bar was made from 3/4" plywood, bend ply plywood, fiberglass and gelcoat. The top half was made from 3/4" plywood, 1/2" plywood, 2 lbs 3/4" thick foam ( yellow ),fiberglass and gelcoat. The bar top was made from Maple and Sapele. I can't put all the pictures on here but here is a link for all the pictures. http://s861.photobucket.com/user/grosa1/library/Custom%20Woodworking?sort=6&page=3 amazingkevin, Wilson's Woodworking and me5269 3 Quote
