They are turned from 2" thick Yew and are 4" diameter, the Lids are made fron 1" thick yew. The Celtic knot insert is usually fitted by the Mine after I supply the boxes, this one's just laid into the indent for the picture as it's the one I use for sizing the indent. It's finished with 1 coat of celulose sanding sealer then One coat of "Black Bison" clear paste wax polish.
