daddy_tindell Posted May 11, 2015 Report Posted May 11, 2015 Nothing fancy here...had a buddy give me some Osage Orange the other day. Turned him a small bowl. This was my first time turning this wood (and first bowl in over a year) was a lot of fun. Pictures don't do the color justice... The wood is dandelion yellow. My garage looks like a dandelion bomb went off..lol..but was fun bobscroll, ChelCass, amazingkevin and 1 other 4 Quote

Scrappile Posted May 11, 2015 Report Posted May 11, 2015 (edited) That is pretty wood. Does it darken to a brown like Mulberry does over time? Edited May 11, 2015 by Scrappile daddy_tindell 1 Quote
daddy_tindell Posted May 11, 2015 Author Report Posted May 11, 2015 Thanks guys..yeah scrappile they say it will darken over time to a brown...I don't know how fast it does tho. I'm hoping it will stay yellow for awhile if I keep it out of direct sunlight. Quote
