browders Posted May 23, 2015 Report Posted May 23, 2015 My neighbor had this jointer (joiner?) sitting in his basement for the past 15 years just collecting dust. He said he's owned it for over 30 years. I have been looking for one for some time, but have not had the funds to purchase a new one. I asked him how much he wanted for it and he said he was planning on selling it at a yard sale for $100.00. I tried it and it still works well. The blades need to be sharpened or replaced and as is evident in the photo, there is plenty of surface rust. I offered him $50.00 and he accepted. Checking online, it appears that some parts are still available. Guess this will be my new project for awhile. Jim wombatie 1 Quote
