Is this the only format you have the picture in?  You only saved it as a .pdf file?  Do you have it as anything else?

No sorry   same problem.Ican save the pic.but in pdf format I can't get it to open in my program.Very Lovely Young Girl.

I gave this a shot for you (ugh it's been to long since I have made a pattern). While a very nice picture was not great for making a pattern from because her hair blended with the background of the image and it was really grainy.  I hope it works for you, it took me several attempts to get it to this point because I lost a lot of detail. Again sorry I could not get it any better.
