amazingkevin Posted October 15, 2015 Report Posted October 15, 2015 i FOUND OUT WHAT'S ON THE LANDLADYS MIND.iT DROVE ME CRAZY WHY SHE WANTS ME TO GET RID OF ALL MY STUFF IM NOT GOING TO USE IN THE NEXT 6 MONTHS.SHE WANTS TO SELL THE HOUSE.I only been here 2 years ,she's owned the house 1 year almost since her husband died. She put a new roof on, a new bathroom , extensive pool repairs. And who know's what else. Now i lost my driveway i worked so hard to get .No where to park at the end of the month.Your not allowed to park on the grass? She evicted the house tenants out the end of the month because they kept getting citations for parking on the lawn and never paid them or went to court so she's liable. They got plenty of citations for their trailer full of construction equipment and did the same thing. Those were $500.00 tickets.Besides the police coming here for load music and such she has had enough of them. Her 10 unit condo she rents out is the same ,drug dealers bad tenants, the whole 9yards times 10. More than i could handle. The teens rock and roll on the railings and now they wobble beyond repair so all new ones had to be put in .They break windows and mechcanizim left and right beyond repair so new hurricane windows is all that's allowed back in big $$$$$.What goes around comes around.
