Robert H. Bigart Posted October 25, 2015 Report Posted October 25, 2015 All of the above and "PLANS" which was started around 1990 as a CAD program for the AMIGA and then converted to the PC. It was discounted and not produced anymore but does a beautiful job of designing an can still be found. Quote
bobscroll Posted October 25, 2015 Report Posted October 25, 2015 Hi Josh, I've only used Inkscape myself, Can't say about others out there, Bob Quote
Travis Posted October 26, 2015 Report Posted October 26, 2015 If you want to learn patternmaking specifically, I'd suggest GIMP (for portraits) and Inkscape (for everything else). They're free. Plus, that is the software we use in our pattern making classes (located here), so it's easier to follow along. Once you get the concepts down, the skills translate to other programs. Quote
spoth28 Posted October 26, 2015 Author Report Posted October 26, 2015 @ Everyone thanks! and @ Travis O.k. I'll be sure to watch the classes. bobscroll 1 Quote
