Phantom Scroller Posted January 29, 2016 Report Posted January 29, 2016 I have a question. Does anyone know where to buy small cast Jesus bodies from to add to wooden scrolled crosses. Roly Quote

DonR Posted January 30, 2016 Report Posted January 30, 2016 (edited) Roly, Here are some but they are a bit pricey https://www.churchsupplywarehouse.com/catalog_product.asp_Q_categoryId_E_58_A_subcategoryId_E_191_A_categoryItemId_E_3516_A_Corpus_E_Corpus# Don R If you Google "Corpus statue" you will find some Edited January 30, 2016 by DonR Phantom Scroller 1 Quote
jerry1939 Posted January 30, 2016 Report Posted January 30, 2016 I Googled "Buy Crucifix" and found a good selection. All had the Jesus attached to the Cross, but you could separate them. Some were reasonably priced. Also check with any Denomination of Churches for help. jerry Phantom Scroller 1 Quote
Ron Johnson Posted January 30, 2016 Report Posted January 30, 2016 (edited) I've stack cut Crusifixs from â…›" BB. Before tapeing I spray glued gold tin foil onto each and then attached a Crusifix pattern downsized accordingly to fit onto cross. The Crusifix scrolled was attached to the cross with tiny brass nails. I've also have purchased plastic gold Crusifixs I believe from bearwood.com at a reasonable price like $5.00 ea or less. Now I could be wrong but it was a supplier that sold a selection of craft items such as mini clock inserts and etc. My memory is good but getting damn short as each year creeps up. Hopefully this info helps. Edited January 30, 2016 by Ron Johnson Phantom Scroller 1 Quote
